The Lollipop Balloon is a clothing item available at the Summer Carnival for 400 Tickets.

The Lollipop Balloon, hence it's name, is a red balloon with a string on the bottom. This item comes in 27 varieties. 9 variants would change the color of the balloon: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, White, and Black. There are also three shapes of the balloon, Circular, Star, and Heart.

- It is available for non-members.
- When the player dances, it will bounce around from side to side.
- When the player hops, if wearing the Lollipop Balloon, the player will jump slightly higher.
- If a flying animal wears the Lollipop Balloon, they can fly slightly faster.
- There is a special easter egg for players in the United States of America. If wearing the Lollipop Balloon in the red, white, or blue variants on July 4, the balloon will constantly change it's color to red white or blue.
- This item has one of the largest variety amounts in the game.
- If the player is wearing a Lollipop Balloon with any of the Heart variants during Valentine's day, some floating heart particles will surround the player.
